Global travel and event company TAG (The Appointment Group Pty Ltd), has officially opened its new Wellington office, marking a milestone in its New Zealand growth story.

Since launching locally in 2023 – following the acquisitions of Red Hot Travel and Events and Sound Travels – TAG has continued to strengthen its presence in the market. The business has secured several major client wins, expanded its local team, and is positioned for further growth supported by the new office.

The Wellington office serves as a hub for a growing team of travel, event and production specialists, providing expanded capacity and expertise to better service clients across New Zealand.

Red Hot Travel & Events, Powered by TAG, has been a cornerstone of New Zealand’s incentive travel and events industry for six years. What began as a one-person business has grown into a team of seven.

Today, the team specialises in incentive travel, bespoke corporate events, and high-end leisure experiences. The office opening took place last week with Wellington Mayor Andrew Little, cutting the ribbon along with Red Hot Travel and Events founder, Adair Cameron.

The relocation follows a period of expansion for TAG across the APAC region, including the company’s presence in New Zealand, a move to a larger Melbourne office earlier this year, and continued overall business growth.
