Fijiana Cacao is offering one-hour tours with a behind-the-scenes look at the bean-to-bar process. Priced at F$120 adult, F$60 for children, kids under five are free. The experience is equal parts educational and indulgent.

It has become a popular wet-weather option and ideal choice for special occasions from Valentine’s day, to Easter egg making. The cost includes chocolate to take home, with additional purchases available at Nadi duty free for those keen to stock up.

Fijiana Cacao produces premium handcrafted chocolate made from locally sourced cacao. Founded in 2005 by Tomohito and Harumi Zukoshi, the business combines traditional chocolate-making techniques highlighting the natural flavour profile of Fijian-grown beans. It works closely with rural farming communities, supporting improved livelihoods and contributing to the development of Fiji’s emerging cacao.

The chocolate is served inflight across all cabins on Fiji Airways, and product is also found in airport lounges, onboard Blue Lagoon Cruises, plus across many of Fiji’s leading hotels for turndown service and is also supplied bakeries and restaurants.
