Browne says agents have recognised that the packages are designed so they can easily present interesting, different and boutique content to clients.
‘Given reduced hours and staff, they just need to make one phone call to us and we get all the components booked. Agents don't need to be making multiple small payments to various operators.
‘We’re hearing that booking and paying for individual domestic product can be labour intensive, so we are just trying to make it simple and saleable. That seems to be working for the trade.’
