House of Travel paid special tribute to two beloved team members who passed away last year by announcing two new learning and development scholarships in Fiji recently.

Dave Fordyce, chief operating officer at House of Travel says sharing news of the scholarships with House of Travel’s Fijian-based team who work at Rosie’s Outsourcing was the highlight of a visit by the leadership team to Fiji earlier
this month.

‘These scholarships are in honour of two amazing team members who have tragically passed away, Natalie Von Dincklage and Eli St John. We felt the scholarships would be a fitting tribute and ensure their legacy within our
team with the aim to empower current and future team members to reach
new heights in their travel careers,’ Fordyce says.

The moments of remembrance were important as was time together networking and enjoying the Fijian culture.

At the same event there were rounds of applause when Fordyce announced that he was shouting the Fiji team to a day out together at the rugby watching the Fijian Drua match against the Crusaders.
