HOT Invercargill is 100% locally owned and operated with a team committed to travel and ‘getting it right’ since first opening the doors in 1999 with former owners Tony and Tracey Laker.
The longevity of staff like Ranee Callahan who has worked as a travel consultant for the business since the beginning, awards won, and customised tours were all recognised as HOT Invercargill celebrated its history and looked to the future with cake and champagne instore.
Jayne Alldred, House of Travel retail director, says HOT Invercargill has always been an innovative and dynamic business, with an entrepreneurial spirit which started with the Lakers and has continued on since the change in ownership.
