‘Over the past few years, we’ve seen a shift in the way people are planning their holidays,’ says Paul Dymond, managing director of Wendy Wu Tours New Zealand. ‘More of our customers are booking well ahead, and it’s becoming increasingly common for travellers to secure two or three tours at the same time.
