Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam Food Adventure is a premium, small-group tour exploring the culinary scene of Intrepid’s most popular destination.
Available only through the Helloworld Travel network, the 10-day itinerary travels from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City with Nguyen guiding through the best of Vietnam’s food and culture, offering behind-the-scenes access to his favourite local spots and hosting exclusive experiences in his restaurants.

As well as culinary experiences with Nguyen, trip highlights include a Hanoi street tood tour, Ha Long Bay cruise, Hoi An beachfront dinner and more.
It includes a 10-day Intrepid tour with nine nights’ accommodation; breakfast daily, three lunches and six dinners; private transport via boat, plane and minibus; guided cultural and culinary activities; plus airport transfers.
Departure dates are 19 April, 13 September, 11 October, and 15 November 2025. It’s priced from $6,025 per person twin share (land only).
