New features include
• Pending Points: Points will appear as ‘pending’ after booking a Viking cruise and allow agents to see the points value of each cruise they book, no longer having to wait until after the cruise departs
• Wish List: Agents can set themselves a target and can work towards a goal by placing big-ticket items in their Wish List.
• Gamification: Interactive online games provide s to earn points in real time without selling a cruise.
• Training Modules: Agents can earn points on the successful completion of each module.
