The resort already has self-contained one and two-bedroom apartments and marketing manager Anna Lucas says the new hotel (set to open in 2028) will add appeal for the corporate market.
‘We have capacity for up to 280 people for cocktails so the hotel will add to the accommodation choice for people attending functions.’
Lucas says that includes weddings – which will almost double in number at the resort this year.
Noosa Springs has an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course and extensive spa and wellness facilities. (The latter will be enhanced further with the new hotel.)
The resort specialises in flexible packaging tailored to the needs of trade partners – a feature that was highlighted during the recent Bespoke Queensland event in Brisbane.
Packages include stay and spa escapes, golf wellness combination retreats, small group stays and couples’ reconnect experiences.
