DC reappoints ANZ rep
Destination DC has reappointed Canuckiwi Ltd as its representative agency in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Pre-pandemic, the markets produced more than 90,000 visitors per year for Washington, DC, keeping them in the top 10 overseas arrival markets for the nation’s capital. During the pandemic, there have been new attractions, renovations and exhibits that have extended growth in DC’s neighbourhoods and will continue to be the draw card for visitation.

With Auckland expecting 34,000 visitors for the upcoming All Blacks vs The British & Irish Lions Test matches, Alexandra Park is reporting solid bookings from fans as an official pop-up camper van site during the two Tests at Eden Park on 24 June and 8 July.
Alexandra Park sales and marketing manager, Joel Reichardt, says the venue is working with Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED) to help the region cope with the influx of visiting British and Irish
