Lead-in gross base fares start from approximately $4,200 ex AKL to the Middle East and $4,700 ex AKL to Europe. Airport taxes are additional.
Mixed cabin offers an alternative between economy and full business class, suiting customers who may normally consider premium economy, higher-end economy fares, or premium leisure travel on a budget. Customers travel economy between New Zealand and selected Asian gateways (incl QF between New Zealand and Australia), then business class on eligible WY-operated sectors via Muscat.
On eligible WY business class sectors, customers can have additional baggage, priority check-in, lounge access and applicable frequent-flyer benefits.
The refreshed Mixed Cabin structure offers expanded partner coverage now including MH, QF, CX, AY and TG (within WY’s Asian gateways). It also has a simpler fare structure, filed under economy fare bases then directional surcharges from $1000 when booked in Business Class on WY sectors, all automatically embedded and auto-priced. The structure is oneworld friendly.
