The 12-day, women-only hosted tour keeps its original itinerary and gives travellers a chance to explore Saudi Arabia’s culture, history and landscapes.
The journey is fully escorted from Riyadh by a Viva guide, with Wendy Petrie joining as a special guest. The small group tour departs with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 guests, with pricing starting from $12,455 per person.
Tara Sutherland, general manager at Viva Expeditions, says the hosted format resonates with mature travellers and builds on the success of Viva’s Africa by Rail tour with Hilary Barry last year.
