World’s Journeys’ South Africa fam trip participants have returned home, having experienced Cape Town and the Winelands, luxury safaris in Ngala Private Game Reserve and Madikwe Game Reserve, the South African Tourism Mega Lekker event at Sun City and a boutique hotel night in Johannesburg.
WJ travel designer Ruby Tai Tin hosted a group of eight travel agents and says an absolute highlight was the two-night stay at andBeyond Ngala Safari Lodge.
‘Set in the Ngala Private Game Reserve, which shares an unfenced boundary with Kruger National Park, the game drives allowed us really up-close encounters with wildlife in their natural habitat. We were lucky to spot a rare white lioness, and to have a couple of male lions walk right past our safari vehicle.’
