Time is money -
both can be saved by attending PAICE
During challenging economic conditions it is even more important than usual to maximise time in business. That’s where the Pacific Area Incentives and Conference Expo (PAICE) comes into its own. The event is being held at SKYCITY Convention Centre on September 8, between 9am and 5pm.
PAICE 09 - the exhibition for corporate travel managers, offshore business event organisers, special tour and wedding planners and other travel professionals - ensures that maximum business can take place under one roof in one day. To a large extent, this forum negates the need for time consuming, one-off meetings and discussion throughout the year. Exhibitors are from Australia, the Pacific Islands, Asia and other offshore destinations.
Exhibition manager Tess Mason says buyers find that PAICE is ideal for making initial contacts, obtaining important information and sourcing new products and services.
‘We do hear of deals being started and concluded at PAICE, but it is far more likely that the relationships are started there and concluded in the following days and weeks. PAICE helps buyers and sellers alike to identify and focus on real business opportunities.’
Mason says that from an exhibitor’s point of view, attending PAICE is easily the most efficient way to access qualified New Zealand buyers.
‘PAICE has a strong reputation amongst incentive and conference organisers in New Zealand and these people come to the event ready to learn, talk and do business. To reach all of these people face to face outside an expo environment like this would be extremely difficult - if not impossible.’
Personality
Adding an extra dimension to PAICE this year will be ‘The Handwriting Guy’, who will be available during the expo to give people added insight into their personality and potential just from a sentence and a signature.
PAICE also has a number of major travel prize draws, give-aways, samples and door prizes on offer. A full list of exhibitors with company profiles, prizes, and registration form can be found at www.paicexpo.co.nz
