Community leader and strategic consultant Erena Mikaere will be working alongside the Visit Ruapehu team to develop the plan.

Originally built in 1919, the Old Post Office Lodge can be used as a ‘base camp’ to explore the region and has six themed queen/double rooms, a four-bedded dorm room, two bathrooms and two well equipped dining and kitchen areas.
