Travel agents and travel trokers are encouraged to identify those in their database to contact when the campaign goes live, reach out to operators and wholesalers to curate packages and ensure they’re prepared to leverage the TNZ campaign when it goes live on 1 March.
Wholesalers are also encouraged to reach out to operators, tourism boards and agents to promote family friendly products during this campaign period.
Meantime, operators are invited to participate by loading their family friendly products and family specific deals on newzealand.com.
In addition, Tourism New Zealand encourages operators to partner and create bundled offers suitable to the families market – for example, a family friendly accommodation provider partnering with two family friendly activities to create a packaged product. These too can be loaded to newzealand.com.
