ANZCRO's ‘trade-centric’ system

ANZCRO New Zealand is launching its agents’ online OZONE system, developed in-house, to facilitate the quick turn around of quotes and bookings.
ANZCRO NZ general manager, Peter Davies says it caters particularly well for complex FIT itineraries and provides a faster process to convert enquiries to bookings.

The company continues to focus on wholesaling to New Zealand retail travel agents but was a first time exhibitor at Tourism Rendezvous New Zealand (TRENZ) this year to reflect growing enquiries and interest from offshore agents.
‘It is simple and easy to use. Agents just enter their log in and password and they have a place to find all the products they need – packages, accommodations, cars and campers, travel and transfers, tours and activities and skiing.’
It is built specifically for the trade, with travel agent commission. It displays nett prices.
ANZCRO managing director, Nick Guthrey says the company will still release its popular New Zealand Book to help the trade sell Kiwi holidays.
‘The two complement each other but having the new upgraded website will ensure that content is live and completely up to date.’
Davies says the rollout of the system will feature both dynamic and contracted accommodation rates, sightseeing and transport rates.
‘This will give the agent complete control over their booking. However, our dedicated ANZCRO team is available to provide assistance,’ says Davies.
