
The Terraces boutique apartment complex is due to open in July. Situated next to, and developed by, Mangoes Resort. Facilities include floodlit tennis court, gymnasium open 7am-9pm, infinity edged pool with expansive views, 10 private plunge pools, onsite tour desk, in room massage, wedding and conference coordinator, laundry service and DVD library. Dining is at Mangoes Resort (40 metres away) or by room service with charge back to Mangoes. Pre-provisioning of kitchen and the services of a chef can be provided on request.
Sixteen apartments (artist's impressions below) are a combination of generously proportioned studios, one and two bedroom apartments, all with views.

Six studio apartments have air conditioning, tea/coffe making facilities, fridge, balcony, enormous bed, show, in room safe, 32 inch TV with satellite, DVD player, internet (extra charge), iPod docking system, ironing facilities, hairdryer and contemporary furniture. The room is 48sqm and takes two people.
Ten one bedroom apartments have all the facilities of the studios as well as full kitchen with dishwasher, daily maid service, large free standing stone bath, private plunge pool. Total room size is 141sqm and takes three people (extra charge).
The six studio apartments interconnect with one bedroom apartments to form two bedroom configuration. Total accommodation size is 190sqm and takes five people (extra charge for fifth bed).
The Terraces is a 10 years+ resort although families with younger children (12yr, 10yr and 7yr) would be accepted.
