Fiji fun - and education

An opportunity to have a fun and relaxed time to mark Fiji day, as well as experience some exciting new product in the destination, has been taken up by more than 20 industry and media personnel this week.
Marketing and product managers from major brands are amongst the participants in the programme, which started officially yesterday and finishes Wednesday.
The Tourism Fiji organised event has support from both Fiji Airways and Air New Zealand.

‘This is the first time for a long time that we have had so many key partners from New Zealand up there at one time,’ says Sonya Lawson, regional manager New Zealand with Tourism Fiji.
Last night, the group spent time at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and experienced the new adults-only area, Koro, for pre-dinner drinks followed by dinner at Koro Restaurant.
Today the programme moves to Malamala Beach Club, hosted by South Sea Cruises.
The group will experience the world’s ‘first island beach club’ 25 minutes from Denarau, with a la carte dining, curated cocktails and laid-back music.
