New Viking cruises for 2022

Viking has two ocean cruise itineraries due to depart in 2022 on Viking’s newest ocean ship – the 930-guest Viking Mars. The diverse itineraries include destinations such as Greece, Oman and Egypt, or Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Thailand.

Clients can save up to $2000 per couple on these 2022 itineraries (check conditions).

The 21-day Passage to India departs 25 October 2022 from Athens to Mumbai and is priced from $9695pp in a Veranda Stateroom. Highlights include Haifa, Israel; Luxor, Egypt; and Aqaba, Jordan.

A 16-day Across the Bay of Bengal departs 14 November 2022 from Mumbai to Bangkok and is priced from $6995pp in a Veranda Stateroom. Highlights include Goa, India; Koh Samui, Thailand, plus an overnight stay in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

With its Risk-Free Guarantee available until 31 August 2021, Viking allows travellers to change their plans up to 14 days before departure.

‘We released two similar itineraries for 2018 which proved to be extremely popular and sold out within a matter of weeks. So with only one departure for each itinerary next year we encourage guests to book now,’ says Michelle Black, Viking ANZ managing director.

These two itineraries can be combined to create one 37-day voyage from Athens to Bangkok. Or agents can combine four of Viking Mars’ inaugural sailings for clients, resulting in a 67-day voyage from Athens to Sydney.
