With a much wider scope than the traditional travel trade magazine, TRAVELinc targets the travel management and/or distribution community, reflecting the changes in the sector over the past decade. TRAVELinc, and its associated websites, e-newsletters and social media outlets, is directed into the hands of anyone who works in a traditional bricks and mortar travel agency, as well as people who run on-line booking and travel information tools, travel management companies, PAs and executive secretaries who book their companies’ travel, specialist interest and niche tour organisers, travel brokers, wedding planners, travel wholesalers and agents specialising in adventure, cruise and other specific sectors. TRAVELinc targets those in the travel chain who can send business to operators – our advertisers. The editorial content primarily (but not exclusively) emphasises high yield leisure, corporate travel, incentives, weddings, socially responsible travel, special interest tours and other group markets. TRAVELinc has an audited circulation of 4028 (ABC audit June 2014)www.travelinc.co.nz
Although relatively new to the ProMag stable, the twice weekly digital publication TRAVELinc Memo has been a reliable source of news for the travel trade since the 1980s. Affectionately known as 'The Memo' it is a personal travel and tourism trade magazine in PDF form, published online on Tuesday and Friday mornings 48 weeks a year and complements the bi-monthly travel trade publication, TRAVELinc.
The Memo is a combination of original news and a wrap up of the most important and interesting developments at home and around the world for busy front-liners and decision makers. We believe the success of the outbound sector is very much reliant on the fortunes of inbound and domestic tourism and vice versa. The Memo goes to more than 5500 email addresses each week, including every retail travel agency, i-SITE and visitor centre in New Zealand, and its other readers include independent travel brokers, corporates who manage travel, professional conference organisers, special interest travel managers, regional and national tourist organisations, airlines, wholesalers, and the operators of accommodation, tours and attractions.
